  2. إذا كانت حقوق النشر الخاصة بالمصنف في ملكية الدولة، والدولة هي المالك الأول لهذه الحقوق، ولم تتعاقد الدولة مع المؤلف(ة)على شروط خاصة، انتهت فترة حقوق النشر في 1 كانون الثاني (يناير) من السنة الـ51 بعد صنع المصنف (البندان رقم 36 و42 في قانون 2007).
